1. Delivery Options

• Standard UK Delivery: 2-5 working days from dispatch.

• Express UK Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

• International Delivery: 5-10 working days from dispatch (Europe), 7-14 working days (Rest of World).

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 per order (free for orders over £50).

• Express UK Delivery: £7.99 per order.

• International Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Tracking and Confirmation

• A confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order is dispatched.

• Standard delivery may not include tracking; express and international orders will include tracking where possible.

5. Delivery Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Missed Deliveries & Returns

• If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at a local depot or post office for collection.

• Undelivered parcels returned to us can be re-shipped (additional postage fee may apply) or refunded minus shipping costs.

7. Customs & Import Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply upon delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
